RE: Exchange / Notes connector and SMTP mail

Have you thought about just using straight SMTP within your intranet environment? It saves some headaches from the connector. Technically in more recent versions of exchange the connector is not supported. A client of mine has recently been freed from the dependency of the exchange connector.

Have you defined a path for regualar internet mail on your notes server?

You can not user an connect to send email out to the internet. Internet bound email is emailaddress@domain.com whereas connector is emailaddress@connectorname. These are quite different. You would have to make your exchange box able to relay email or allow your notes box to send email itself out to the internet.
